Designing the layout and the interiors as per our criteria within the time frame was the real challenge. We were impressed by the Spanish Mediterranean Architecture. The design elements and other features influenced me. It was a tough plan & design, who will execute it, was my major concern. When I searched, most of the results ended up with foreign designers & builders. The only name I found in Houzz from South India was Monnaie & was impressed with the work. So we ended up with Monnaie. After 2 years when I see the completed house, I can see the designs which I had in my mind in real. Monnaie team really worked hard for the same. As so many innovative designs were there I understand they struggled a lot doing the Spanish design into reality. For eg, the unique and different style in the stairs, as in Spanish style different types of tiles have to blend for the design. They did exactly as per my dream. We are really satisfied. For the guest, our house is a different feel. Thanks a lot for the entire Monnaie team to the struggle, hard work for making our dream come true. Our parents were against giving the construction work to a private firm in our absence. As the project proceeded they are extremely happy and satisfied. My name is Jaison, this my wife Jiji. We are settled in Dubai for more than 22 years. We were planning to have house at my native place. My friend suggested me Monnaie Architects. We requested Monnaie for the design. They gave us excellent exterior as well as interior design. They provided me the best estimation in the market too. So I gave the construction to Monnaie developers. Construction and all went well & we are really happy. I visited only once or twice during the construction. Construction was going on as per my wish. Hi I'm Rajeev, I have been abroad for about 4 years, she is my wife Deepa. Contacted Monnaie regarding the renovation of my 10-15 year old house. We took their expert view. Their suggestion was to reconstruct the house rather than renovating it. We thought about it and finally agreed, because that the best approach to do. From the project point of view, it’s more like a turnkey project. Demolition, construction of my house was done my Monnaie Architects & Interiors. The time I'm taking to you is the phase were we completely done with exteriors and the interior work is in progress. And it’s as per the schedule. During the process, we had lot of challenges because we were abroad and we need to know the progress. Monnaie group were very helpful and we were getting the updates weekly. We were able to understand how the progress of the work and how things are going on. It’s like almost 12 months, we didn't have any complaints, we were pretty happy with their work. We have spent close to 4 weeks, which was quite extensive discussion in terms of what we need and what suggestions coming in. Based upon that we concluded what’s the best that suits our house. Time and effort we put on for the discussion is only for 4 weeks. It was much easier because the project was as per the schedule, the people who are involved in designing was very helpful.The project and finance was managed well. We didn't face any problems. I guess that the case with most other clients too. The reputation remains intact. We got the actual picture of the house, plan and landscape that we dreamed of, in a month of 4 or 5. That’s the key point here. In terms of benchmark, we have not contacted many people, but the people whom primarily spoken with is Monnaie Architects & Interiors. They have a set a high standard in terms of quality. Its something that we can trust. To be frank we had changes on last minute based on requirements, they have done everything as per our interest. We are happy with over all progress and I will definitely recommend Monnaie Group. I’m a bit specific about the interiors like Pooja room, kitchen. They have included all my specifications that are required for the interiors. I'm very satisfied with their work. Hi, I am Devadas and she is my wife Jaya Devadas. We are settled in Saudi Arabia. We came to India for our daughter's marriage, and the construction of the house was in progress. Our wish was to conduct her marriage in our new house only. I contacted several companies for interior furnishing but everyone rejected due to the small time frame I gave to them. I bought an apartment at Manjooran Roven Park 19 F2. I approached many interior design companies but at last I finalized Monnaie for my interior needs. Monnaies management were like brothers to me, they dedicated themselves to turn the design into reality.
